Windows: Bypass internet connection to install Windows 11

If Microsoft Windows 11 is installed without a network connection, you will hit the Internet connection step and will not be able to go further.

Starting from version 22H2, you can get around this: press the combination "Shift + F10" and execute "OOBE\BYPASSNRO". The computer will restart and you can skip the step with connecting to the Internet.
